I’ve found acrylics are great fun to use. They offer a huge diversity of styles that I enjoy exploring. And with most pouring acrylics, you never get the same thing twice. How exciting is that?
These paintings are a very different type of art medium that I am learning about. Since they are produced using alcohol, they dry in a nano-second making them hard to handle. But the colors are vibrant and you truly never know what you are going to get.
I began painting several retirements ago using oil paint. Each picture took me hours to finish and after several years I changed to using acrylics which I am using mostly today. I love the vibrancy of my oils and hope you do too.
